CrossFit Youth Holiday Sessions

The 11-15 year olds did some back squats, push press, thrusters, box jumps, knees to chest and some calories were smashed out on the rower, assault bike and ski ergs.

The blissful meditation and stretch was the perfect end to a CrossFit workout.

The regular CrossFit Youth sessions start up again on Monday 11th and Thursday 14th of February.
