Sweat Sesh

Our “Sweat Sesh” is a scaled (less technical) version of our Strength & Conditioning classes that will push you to your limits. A great class for beginners and for those who prefer a high intensity workout with less of the highly technical movements. The perfect place for beginners to start their fitness journey.


Boxing is a high intensity class that uses basic boxing drills to increase the heart rate and work muscles that the standard movements can’t get to. These sessions are generally held indoors but will occasionally be held on the oval at our back-door.
