Body-Fit Run Club

Body-Fit Run Club consists mainly of outdoor running with a touch of body weight and core exercises. For those that prefer training outdoors then this is for you. This class targets all areas of the body but there is more emphasise on the thighs, legs and butt, with the bi-product being a flatter and more tone stomach and abdomen region. We encourage all of our members to try this if they want peak fitness.
