SPORTS, SLIME & SOUND IMMERSION
WHEN: WEDNESDAY JANUARY 25TH, 2023
TIME: 9.00am-3.00pm
COST: $119 (Early Bird until 18th of Dec, 2022)
Activities will include:
✅Multi-sports Challenges and Interactive Gaming
✅Sensory Slime Making, Yoga and Meditation
✅Sound and expressive movement session
✅Mandala painting and personalised Affirmation Card making
A perfectly balanced workshop. A high intensity morning of multi-sports games and challenges, sensory slime making before winding down with yoga, a hands-on singing bowl meditation session and an opportunity to create and take-home personalised Affirmation Cards. We will then enjoy a movie in our air-conditioned cinema room. BYO bean bag or pillow.
