On Wednesday mornings after we “Bodyshred” we lay straight into some Vinyasa flow. Our members can stay for 5 minutes or 25 minutes, depending on what their body, mind and soul are needing.

Cryo Therapy session


I’ve been wanting to have a Cryo Therapy session for a long time now but just never got around to it. So, now that I have to show my knee some love, I took the opportunity to try it out when approached by the CryoHub to have a trial. 2 minutes of bloody cold therapy that was actually pretty cool (no pun intended). I used it in the aim of knee recovery but the benefits are numerous and in particular for people who train regularly or have medical conditions that doctors may not have a cure or relief remedy for. I’ll definitely be doing it again and for that reason we’re going to get the crew from CryoHub to bring the mobile machine to The Athletic Buddha.

Sports, Strength & Stillness is a quality program for Boys and Girls from Kindy to year 6. At The Athletic Buddha we believe in structured play, free and creative play as well as the restful and mindful practices of meditation and yoga. Our coaches are highly qualified with many years of experience in training young kids in their specialised field.

Rugby and Soccer drills, skills & games.
CrossFit Kids programming.
Mindfulness, Yoga and meditation.

Wednesday 17th of July 2019
From 8.45am – 3.00pm.
Drop off and pick up from The Athletic Buddha Rothwell Avenue, Concord West.

Sports component held at the park directly behind The Athletic Buddha.

$95 per day (discounts given for multiple days and for siblings) This includes a CrossFit Kids Tank, morning tea and lunch.

We are offering an extended stay for those kids who’s parents may need a bit of extra time at work. 815am drop off and 5pm. (Total $125)

Sooooo.. we have extented our After School Fitness Program to St Patrick’s, Mortlake to Monday and Thursdays! ????‍♀️

Our After School Fitness program is something that we are extra passionate about. We have created a program that we believe has the right balance of fun, structure and free play. We love that the kids can be active after a full day of school.

????‍♀️Basic gymnastics and tumbling skills
⚽️Soccer, rugby and other ball sports.
????Outdoor open play, indoor structured games and supervised homework.

A variety of delicious snacks are also prepared on site. We have a no lock in contract term and we also have casual visits available.

We are currently servicing St. Ambrose, Victoria Avenue, OLA and Strathfield North Primary Schools and we are excited to introduce St Patrick’s, Mortlake on Monday and Thursday afternoons.

Attention all young people between the ages of 11 and 15. We have a School Holiday Workshop that you and all your friends will love.

????️‍♀️Experience a WOD (workout of the day).
???? Practice confidence and self esteem building tools that can be used for school, sports, friendships and family.
????Discover the yin and yang of wellness.

This is not about weight loss or muscle building. This is about health and fitness of the body and mind.

Due to the popularity of our weekly CrossFit Teens class we have decided to host this School Holiday Workshop that will be unique and refreshing. We are the only registered CrossFit Kids gym within the Concord and surrounding areas and we are proud to spread the CrossFit methodology within the Inner West of Sydney.

We also believe that de-stressing the mind is equally as important as working our muscles and cardio vascular fitness. We would like to invite you to this inaugural event and we look forward to sharing these life changing tools with the youth of our area.
