TIME: 8.45am-3pm

This workshop will encompass a variety of sports activities conducted by our highly qualified and experienced Coaches all with many years of experience in training young children in their specialised field.

Morning activities will include:

Obstacle course & fitness games

Soccer & rugby skills

Gymnastics and dance

Relays and ball games

Hot lunch and healthy snacks provided.

The afternoon session will include an amazing “Liquid Nitrogen Show!” Children will experience fantastic science demonstrations using liquid nitrogen performed by real scientists from FIZZICS EDUCATION. Instant ice-cream making from liquid nitrogen will be just one of the highlights.

Drop off and pick up from The Athletic Buddha in Concord West.
